Deep Pressure Technique

Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. It can relieve muscle pain and stiffness and provide stress-relieving relaxation for the body and mind. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in
muscle and tissue. It may also promote
faster healing by increasing blood flow
and reducing inflammation.

Myofascial Release Technique

This technique is a hands-on technique used to manage myofascial pain.
“Myo” means muscle. “Fascial” refers
to the connective tissue that covers
and supports the muscles throughout
your entire body. During myofascial
release therapy, your therapist

doesn’t focus specifically on your
muscles. They focus on releasing

tension in your fascial tissues.

Graston Technique

Graston is a trained technique
that incorporates a patented
form of instrument-assisted
soft tissue mobilization that
allows the therapists to
effectively detect and treat
scar tissue and restrictions
affecting normal function.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the
theory that your feet are
connected to organ and body
systems. A session involves
applying different amounts
of pressure to the feet to
accomplish therapeutic benefits
to these locations. This highly
relacing technique may provide
pain and stress relief.
